Well it all starts tomorrow. Quite an early start having to be at the airport by 6.30 am but the benefit is we get petty much a full day in Brisbane.

Lorraine, who is not a great flyer has started to have nervous moments and has asked for heaps of reassurance. I don't expect a lot of sleep tonight as her mind will be working overtime making sure we have done everything we need to before we go. She has already given Hayden a list of things to do during our absence.

Started packing last night and we both found it quite tricky as to what clothing to take. Wearing winter clothing it was hard not to go past jerseys and jackets. Getting the mind set that we were going to meet temperatures in the 20s and pack accordingly took a lot of determination. We are not taking too much to leave room for shopping while there.
